我爱我的家

I love my family

转眼来到秋风送爽的9月下旬，为配合Alpha班的主题，家庭。PIEP组织了家庭徒步日，围绕探究内容——家庭成员的组成，过程中更进一步了解家庭成员的特征，让亲子关系更亲密。更重要的是每一位Alpha班的小成员都变身小勇士，成功并快乐地挑战5公里的徒步之旅。

The first Unit of Inquiry for Alpha is family. Little Alpha friends hiked at The Sports Park of Science City with parents to explore more about the theme. It was a 5 km challenge, but all of our friends showed their tenacity and finished successfully.

承着微微的秋意，Alpha班的小勇士们穿着整齐探究服，或是牵着爸妈的手、或是在爸妈的陪伴下牵着小伙伴的手，大步向前，尽情享受这份专属的探究时光。欢声笑语替我们赶走疲惫，途中的新发现让我们充满能量。

发现蜗牛宝宝是在回家的路上，小小探究者们积极思考，互相交流想法，同时也给予蜗牛宝宝关怀，道别后安静绕道离开。

待你华丝满鬓，也许时间模糊了记忆

但照片会帮我忆起

你让我变坚强、变勇敢、

变博学的每一次尝试

During the field trip, we encouraged our friends to find out more about the characteristics of their parents. We built natural photo frames with parents by using tree branches, and then put the family photos in it. Fun parent-child activities helped to build up our intimate family relationships.

Laughters alleviated the tiredness. New findings on the way gave us energy. We inquired, communicated and reflected. We strived to create a positive impact on the IB community. The hiking activity provided a great chance to know more about our parents and others. All our little friends enjoyed the inquiry in the nature world. It was exhausting but it was worth it.
